Our culinary team collaborated closely with Sarah and Pierre, designing a bespoke banquet that seamlessly integrated classic French refinement with beloved Singaporean and Chinese flavours. We featured live stations, one offering miniature French crêpes with gourmet fillings and another serving a Hainanese Chicken Rice carving station, prepared with sustainable, locally sourced chicken. The main buffet included delicate French-inspired seafood bouillabaisse alongside fragrant wok-fried noodles and exquisitely prepared dim sum.
